Nice and quite and a friendly place to live.ppl are very friendly i like it here and the marina is just down the road awesome
I have lived here almost 4 years I have black mold in trailer bedroom ceiling came down black mold over my bed last year this year again had to move just had 4bones in neck and plate and 4 screws 3 weeks later colon removed 90 stiches made me move every thing out of my room linking roof 8 times 21 work orders never done right they just left black mold there water leaks hall way bathroom ceilings black mold in carpets kitchen all food bad Karen maple manger never here when fights drinking guns drugs out here says family resort safe but it/s not we have had lots of people moved or lots of people gets letter from her saying get out now she takes your rent then kicks you out I had black mold inspector out paid 250.00 she got mad and told me to move she does not like giving rent or deposits back lots trailers half have water leaks the helpers are dirty and are to work 40hour but don/t page on review says 24 hour calls to fix but can\t get a hold them or her it's in your papers even if you do they wait till there ready not you anyway there page on sunrise family resort is not as they say the owner is Cheryl Xiao and kevin wen from Washington dc it's hard to find all this info but I have if anyone needs to find them and lawsuites
